1. chop onion; remove stalk from cabbage and cut in strips and blanch
2. heat a little oil in wide pan, sauté onion, add cabbage, add half the sesame seeds, add salt and pepper, let cool down
3. beat eggs and mix most of it with the cabbage (leave just enough to glaze the pastry) and the cheese
4. heat oven at 180 C
5. Blätterteig samt Papier auf einem Backblech entrollen. Wirzfüllung mit ca. 4cm Abstand dem Teigrand entlang kreisförmig anordnen. In der Mitte einen Kreis von ca. 12 cm Durchmesser frei lassen. Teigrand von aussen bis zur Füllung rundum ca. 12-mal einschneiden. Von der Mitte bis zur Füllung ca. 10-mal einschneiden. Teigstreifen erst von aussen, dann von innen über die Füllung legen. Mit restlichem Ei bestreichen und mit restlichem Sesam bestreuen.
6. In der Ofenmitte ca. 40 Minuten backen.
