Stir fried beef in a delicious brown sauce that is quick and easy to make. Very flavorful and flexible.
Cut the beef into thin slices. Pour the Oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water, sugar, Szechuan pepper salt, and corn starch into a cup/bowl and mix well. Pour over the beef and marinate for 5-10min.
Heat the wok on high and pour vegetable oil to coat the surface of the wok. Fry the beef thoroughly and evenly. When the beef is nearly cooked through pour the lao jiu in and cook until well done.
