in a pan start cooking pasta with the instructions
in a nother pan oil it and start browning finly chopped pigeon breasts
then put the onoin and minced garlic in the pan and cook of about 1 - 2 mins with the meat
then add the quarted tomatoe and let thhe juice come out of and reduce
add the herbs and stir in and rest the sauce
drain pasta and plate up how you want it enjoy
if u want a vegaterian version of a simple spag bol replace the meat with a firm veg like courgette celery carrot etc what u prefer
