Remove corned beef from package, parboil for 2 1/2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350. Remove Meat From water, S Ore On Both sides, Spread Glaze On All sides.
Place on rack in pan fat side up. Add water until it is right below rack. Baste meat with ginger ale every 15 minutes. Roast 45 minutes to 1 hour until well glazed.
Cool before slicing.
You can do the parboil the night before.
