Suggest a better descriptionPut pasta into saucepan of boiling water to cook. While that is cooking, heat frying pan with a little oil. Sauté onion until cooked, add herbs & spices & a little cream. Crumble stock cube & add. Add the rest of the cream & then add yabbies. Bring to a gentle boil & continue stirring on a lower heat. When pasta is cooked, drain & dish up. Spoon yabby sauce onto pasta & sprinkle with cheese & cracked pepper. Slice up capsicum & use to decorate.

I don't tend to measure things, but mostly go by taste. Measurings are a guide. You can use prawns instead of yabbies, & you can add cheese to the space before serving if desired.
