Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat and drain. Add flavor pkg. from noodles. Top w/cabbage, onion and pepper. Steam till tender. Add 4 c. water or more. Lay pkg. noodles on top of cabbage and steam till soft. Stir when tender adding soy sauce. Add small amt. of shredded carrots at end.
1/2 batch w 2 pkg. ramen noodles = 32 pts.
