Suggest a better descriptionIn a 2-quart casserole, place alternate layers of potatoes and bananas; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients except coconut. Heat until butter is melted. Pour over potato mixture. Cover, and bake in a preheated 375` oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover; baste with syrup by tilting casserole. Sprinkle coconut over all.
