Baked Mahi Mahi crusted with horseradish yam
Preheat oven to 390(F) degrees and coat oven pan with olive oil
Place Mahi-Mahi in pan
Cover fish with lemon juice and a pinch of salt
In a small bowl mix mayonnaise and minced garlic, then spread mixture over top of fish
In a medium bowl combine mustard, horseradish, yams, cream, butter and mash the yam, then spread over the fish.
Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
