A nice change for the more caloric candied yams and still sweet enough so the kids like it.
Bake yams until soft; cool. Peel and place in shallow baking dish. Peel bananas, cut lengthwise and crosswise and toss with lemon juice. Arrange on top of yams. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients, cover with foil, and bake at 375 for 30 min. Puree mixture in small batches till fairly smooth and return to baking dish and serve. If made ahead, reheat covered for 15-20 min. at 350.
