**Make cornbread and buy French bread ahead of time. Both need to be kind me of dry, not fresh
Crumble cornbread and French bread into a large bowl.
Add quartered onion to food processor. Add some of the sage and parsley before pulsing. You will need to taste and adjust later so start easy with both herbs.
Add onion mixture to bread crumbs. Mix with hands.
Add broth a little at a time. It should be thick and a little soupy. Taste
Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning to taste. Now is the time to add more dry sage if wanted. It should taste like you want it to when baked
Beat the eggs in the food processor. Add to bread mixture.
Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan
Bake in a preheated 400^ oven for 30-45 minutes.
