add half the flour mix until combined add remainder of flour
mix 5 minutes until dough forms a ball and climbs the dough hook. sides of bowl will be clean.
put in oiled bown and cover.
rise to doublerabout an hour4
punch down to let air out
[place on floured board and rest 10 minutes
make 16 to 18 same size rolls and put on parchment to rise
for 30 to 40 min until double
bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes or golden
brush with butter
