Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, vanilla. Beat 8 minutes. Mix pecans, sugar, and cinnamon for topping. Spray bundt pan with Pam. Sprinkle some topping in bottom. Cover with layer of batter. Continue to layer in that manner. Bake for 40 minutes at 350?. Drizzle with glaze.
Blend glaze ingredients. May need to add more powdered sugar to thicken.
