Suggest a better descriptionPlace all ingredients, except nutmeg into blender or mixer. Blend until thick and frothy. Pour mixture into uncooked pie shell. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon. Sprinkle edges of pie crust also. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool thoroughly. Serve texture of custard pie.
