Healthy pancake/waffle recipe From, The Vegetarian Family Cookbook by Nava Atlas
1) Combine flour, baking soda, powder and flaxseeds in bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the yogurt and milk. Stir with a whisk until just smooth.
2) Heat the pan and lightly coat with butter And cook. Serve with fruit or maple syrup.
Waffle alternative:
Use only 1 cup of milk or alternative and use in waffle iron. Enjoy!
Just make sure to not over mix the batter.
