A family take on the British classic
Pre-hear oven to 400 degrees.
Beat eggs, then add next four ingredients (milk, water, wondra and salt) and beat.
Melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and add garlic, paprika, lemon juice, and vinegar. This is the basting sauce.
In 9X13 pan, put 1/2 of stick of butter in pan and melt in oven until bubbling and hot. Pour in the YP batter and then drizzle at least 1/2 the basting sauce over the top. Reserve the rest of the basting sauce for the roast (see separate Roast Beef).
Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees and then reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake and additional 10-15 minutes more - watch carefully to make sure the YP doesn’t burn.
