Combine flour, salt, milk, cooking oil and eggs in a bowl and beat until smooth (about 6 minutes). Let stand 1 hour. Pour 1/2 teaspoon of oil into muffin cups. Put muffin cups into the oven. When hot fill the cups half full with batter and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
