To serve with Roast of Beef. If roast is lean, get extra beef fat from butcher to add to pan. Cook pudding for the last 45 minutes of roast cooking time in hot oven - 375*. Pour fat from roast pan to cover bottom of casserole dish. While dish and fat in it are heating in the oven, prepare the batter.
Beat eggs well. Add milk slowly to flour and salt. Add eggs and beat to batter. Pour batter into casserole with fat. Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
Do not remove from oven until ready to serve.
