Sift flour and salt together Make hole in flour and add eggs and small amount of milk Mix lightly by hand until smooth Add remaining milk and mix in. Heat muffin pan (12 muffins) with a Tabelspoon of oil in each compartment at 425 degrees until hot. Add 1/4 Cup of batter to each compartment and place bag into oven. Cook at 425 until puddings are risen and golden brown.
