Pineapple Cake
Preheat oven to 350? Bake 60 min - or until done when tested.
13 x 9 x 2 pan
CAKE INSTRUCTION:
Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Stir in pineapple. Add flour which has been sifted with baking powder. Mix well and spread batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake approximately 60 minutes.
TOPPING:
Put sugar, butter and milk in saucepan, boil 2 minuts and remove from heat.
Add coconut, pecans, vanilla, and lemon extract.
