Heat oven to 200 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place popcorn, pretzels and cashews in a brown paper bag, shake to combine, set aside. Microwave butter in a microwave bowl until melted 1 min. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup, microwave until mixture begins to boil 2 min. stir then microwave 2 more min. Add baking soda to sugar mixture, stir until it begins to foam, pour over popcorn mixture in bag. Fold over top of bag, shake to coat popcorn. Microwave in bag 1 1/2 more min. Pour popcorn mixture onto baking sheet, bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Let cool completely before SERVING...
