Put cherries in a bowl, pour in liqueur. Let soak 3O min.
Toast coconut on a baking sheet 5 min. In microwave bowl, melt 3/4 cup chocolate chips with coconut oil. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt together in a bowl. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla to melted chocolate, whisk. Whisk in flour mixture. Drain cherries. Stir cherries and remaining chocolate chips into batter. Pour batter into pan.
Bake 3O min.
Let brownies cool, then lift out, cut into 8 squares. Arrange brownies on a platter. TOP WITH COCONUT.
