Simple and easy cubed steak dish!
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, place the cube steak, flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Seal the bag and shake to coat.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the cbe steak.
4. Reduce heat to low.
5. Mix in tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, and Italian seasoning.
6. Cover and simmer at least one (1) hour, stirring once.
7. Place the zucchini in the skillet and coat with the tomato sace.
8. Continue to simmer nconvered 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
