Whip together"yam" ingredients and pour into a 9 x13 glass baking dish
Mix"topping" ingredients until it resembles course crumbs and scatter over the top of the yam mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes (it could take a little longer).
This can be frozen and then thawed and baked when you are ready for it.
