Coat Chicken tenderlings in zatar spice (middle eastern herb)
Cook chicken thoroughly (~4 mins per side)
While chicken cooks slice grapefruit, season with sea salt, and extract half of the chunks
Squeeze juice from grapefruit into olive oil
Put baby spinach, walnuts, sun dried tomatoes, grapefruit in bowl
Add chicken on top
Drizzle w/ grapefruit/evoo dressing
