Suggest a better description1. Whisk olive oil, zaatar, lemon juice, zest, garlic and salt and pepper together. Add chicken and turn to coat.
2 Heat grill to medium (350-400). Grill chicken, skin side down, until brown 5-8 min; watch for flare-ups, move to cooler spot if needed. Turn chicken and grill till cooked, about 4 min.
3. Grill lemon wedges and onions in last few minutes, turning once, till grill marks appear. Serve with chicken.
