Mix jello with boiling water; set aside. Put pears, juice and cream cheese in blender and zapp until well mixed. Add to jello. Cool in refrigerator until it begins to gel. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 9x13 pan. Allow to firm in refrigerator
