Simple, zesty, delicious and affordable red pizza sauce.
Combine all the ingredients in a jar and keep refrigerated. This sauce will thicken as it sits in the fridge; add some water to thin it out if needed.
The flavor improves after it has a chance to meld in the fridge--especially after 24 hours.
This is enough sauce for several pizzas.
You could even try it on some bread or flour tortilla--pizzadia anyone?--with cheese and whatever toppings; just toast it in your toaster oven for around 5 minutes.
