Remove casings from sausages. In soup pot, saute sausages by breaking them up and stirring with a wooden spoon until cooked. Drain off and discard fat. Add onion and garlic to sausages. Cook, stirring until onion is limp. Add broth, wine, tomatoes, carrot, potato, green beans, green pepper, and seasonings. Reduce heat. Cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes longer. Correct seasoning and serve.
