1 HEAT oven to 350 degree F. Cook Ziti pasta according to package directions; drain.
2 IN large bowl, mix egg and oil. Add pasta, spinach and bread crumbs and mix together.
3 SPREAD 1/2 cup of Pasta sauce in the bottom of 8x8 glass baking dish.
4 Pour half of the pasta mixture (about 2 1/2 cups) into the baking dish; dividing spinach evenly as needed. Cover with 1/2 cup of pasta sauce. Sprinkle with the 1/2 cup of Cheddar and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Repeat once. Sprinkle with basil.
5 COVER with foil; bake 40 minutes. Remove foil; bake an additional 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
