I got this recipe from Alton Brown's "Good Eats"
I have added spinach so there is a good veggie in it!
You absolutely can't taste the spinach. My 5 year old loves this.
All measurements are by weight.
The night before, fill your blender "pitcher" with all ingredients and place in the refrigerator.
Place blender pitcher on a digital scale and measure ingredients by weight.
The next morning, place on blender base and "chop" for about 1 minute.
If needed..... Pulse a number of times to get desired consistency.
Enjoy
You will never know the spinach is in there. Great way to add some good veggies to your diet!!
