Cut zucchini unto chunks and steam until tender. Peel potatoes, cut until large chunks and cook in boiling salted water until soft. Squeeze excess water from zucchini and drain potatoes.
Puree together in food processor and beat in butter, nutmeg, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture is too stiff and a little hot milk to soften. Add the parmesan cheese, stir well and serve
