Great Bread for dessert or fun!
Mix together flour, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Set aside.
Mix together well beaten eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, zucchini, vanilla and nuts.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
