1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a mixing bowl mash bananas with a fork
3. Add pineapple, vanilla, cinnamon, and zucchini into bananas and mix together (if using stevia add it now)
4. In a second mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder and baking soda mixing together with a fork
5. Pour moist ingredients into dry and incorporate by stirring well
6. Line loaf pan with parchment paper
7. Pour batter into lined pan
8. Bake for 40 minutes
