Suggest a better descriptionIn a mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; beat until smooth. In another bowl combine the dry ingredients, add walnuts. Stir into sugar mixture until moistened. Stir in zucchini. Pour into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55-60 mins. until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 mins. remove from pan to wire rack to cool.
