Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
2. Separated mix eggs and oil. In place of oil, 2/3 cup of oil and 1/3 cup apple sauce can be substituted.
3. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
5. Mix in zucchini, nuts and raisins.
6. Bake in a greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pan for 1.5 hours.
7. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
