While the heavy cream is heating, add veggies to casserole dishes or one really large casserole dish.
Once the cheese melts, pour over the vegetables in casserole dishes or one really large casserole dish.
Bake at 350, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown. In the last 15 minutes, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top to just melt.
Serve warm, cold, or freeze one of the dishes for later.
