Delicious - and very easy to make.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with Vegetable Spray.
Place all ingredients in a baking pan, stirring until all are evenly distributed.
Bake for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares.
