Beat eggs until frothy. Beat sugar into eggs. Add oil, vanilla and zucchini and mix. Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Add to zucchini mixture. Fold in one cup nuts (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for approx. one hour in a non-stick ten inch bundt pan.
