Heat oven to 350. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Toss zucchini in salt and white pepper. Layer pan with zucchini, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and pour 1/4 cup cream over each layer.
Bake for 2 hrs or until tender and golden brown on top layer.
