This was served at Rick's Chophouse in old town Mckinney. Everyone at the table wanted the recipe!
Heat oven to 350. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Toss zucchini in salt and white pepper. Layer pan with zucchini, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and pour 1/4 cup cream over each layer.
Bake for 2 hrs or until tender and golden brown on top layer.
