Heat oven to 400 F. Spray and flour round pan, 9x1.5 inch. Cook and stir onion in margarine til tender; cool slightly. Mix onion mixture, flour mixture, parsley, basil, thyme, milk and eggs; beat furiously one minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake about 45 minutes. Cool slightly, remove from pan.
