Suggest a better descriptionFirst, cut the zucchini into slices. The thinner they are, the crunchier the final result will be.
Then dip the zucchini slices into milk. In about 10-15 minutes, they should absorb a lot of the milk.
Now mix the rest of the ingredients. No need to be precise about the measurements.
Now roll both sides of each slice once in the bread-cheese mixture.
Place the breaded vegetable slices on the grate of your oven. Once it's full, it goes off into the oven at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes. And when they start to turn golden brown, they are done. Have fun and enjoy!
