Bundt Coffee Cake
1. Butter and flour a bunt or tube pan.
2. Combine butter, sugar, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until well blended and fluffy.
3. Add eggs and beat until well blended. Add sour cream and beat until well blended.
4. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to butter mixture and beat just until flour mixture is incorporated . Beat in zucchini at low speed just until blended.
5. To make Cinnamon Swirl, combine sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon in small bowl.
6. Spread 1/2 batter in the prepared pan.
7. Sprinkle 1/2 of cinnamon mixture over batter but not close to edges of pan. Spread remaining batter in the pan and too

3. Cinnamon Swirl, combine sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Spread 1/2 of the batter in pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon mixture over the batter but not close to the edges of the pan.
4. Spread remaining batter in pan, top with remaining cinnamon mixture. ( Marble with knife)
5. Bake 325 for 1 hour and 15 mins. Cool for 10 to 15 mins. Invert cake onto a cake rack and cool thoroughly.
