A healthy way to have "french fries". They taste great and easy to make.
Cut zucchini into french fry shape. Dip into scrambled egg and place on prepared cooking sheet. Sprinkle garlic powder, pepper, salt, onion powder and any other flavoring you like
bake at 450 for 25 minutes
You can also mix the seasoning in a bowl and dip each fry into the mixture after dipping it into scrambled egg mixture for a more even coated fry
