Combine oil and spices salt and pepper
Make crosswise cuts every 1/2 inch along each zucchini, slicing almost to the bottom but not all the way through. Gently fan open zucchini and place a piece of parmesan into each cut. Brush with oil mixture.
Place zucchini on a piece of foil and grill 16 minutes to 18 minutes.
