Bring chicken stock or water to boil and add the orzo.
Cook according to pkg directions.
Sauté the zucchini with chopped onion and garlic till lightly browned.
Add spices to zucchini, stir thoroughly and remove from heat.
Combine cheese & cooked orzo, salt to taste.
Serve cool or at room temp.
