Heat 2 tablespoons of the veggie oil over medium high heat. Drop the batter by teaspoonsfuls into the hot fat and fry until golden brown, for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Use more oil as needed. Drain on paper toweling and serve immediatly or cool, then chill until ready to serve. To reheat, simply place on a ovenproof platter and heat for 5-10 minutes in 300 oven.
