Zucchini Primavera/Spaghetti
Style Zucchini to look like noodles.
Turn on saute' pan with Infused Lemon Olive Oil
When hot: Add red peppers, orange pepper, yellow onions, match-stick carrots, and cherry-tomatoes; when it begins to fry add pepper.
Also, take 1 to 2 cloves of garlic and squeeze in veggies.
Put zucchini noodles in water and let come to a boil (blanch), add with a pinch of sea salt.
Warm up marinara sauce.
Slice fresh basil up and use as a garnish at the end.
Drain noodles, pour in bowl. Pour veggies on top and then put hot marinara sauce on top.
Finally, Top with Parmesan Cheese....Yummy!
