Zucchini, raw tomato sauce, pesto, sausage or any ground meat
1. Use vegetti tool to make zucchini into noodles. Pack with salt and paper towels to draw out excess water.
2. Grate tomatoes to make tomato sauce. If too watery, strain. Make Bloody Mary with juice (lol). Add oregano.
3. Brown sausage. Add onions and cook with sausage grease. Add minced garlic. Cook for a minute or two
4. Add tomato sauce. Simmer until it looks right.
5. While tomato sauce is cooking, dry fry zoodles in a skillet. Few minutes. Place in soup bowl. Stir in pesto to coat.
6. Put meat sauce over zoodles. Top with cheese.
