Suggest a better descriptionCut zucchini into julienne and place in bowl with spinach leaves. Heat oil over med/low heat & cook garlic until sizzling. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and pepper flakes and cook about 5 minutes. Pour sauce over zucchini & toss well. Let sit 5 minutes and then serve.
