This is an easy recipe to make and travels well for pot lucks.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until zucchini is evenly coated. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate or 10 by 6 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.
